Driver must complete a pre-trip inspection every morning and a post trip inspection every evening at the end of shift.

Driver must also submit a timesheet every day or keep a paper copy timesheet on truck and send a photo copy of a completed timesheet daily.

There will be a $25 deduction for all forms not submitted per week.
